JobDescription

Responsibilities and essential jobfunctions include but are not limited to thefollowing:

  • Greeting guests andescorting them to their rooms.
  • Deliveringluggage to room upon check-in and picking up luggage from room upondeparture, moving the luggage to storage or the FrontDrive.
  • Maintaining proper records of deliveriesand pick-ups in compliance with Ibis & AdagioStandards.
  • Handling all guest interactions withthe highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodatingspecial requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints,assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with hotelservices, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-houseevents, directions, etc.
  • Working harmoniouslyand professionally with co-workers andsupervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorin hospitality or any graduate course
  • Noexperience required, fresh graduate welcome toapply
  • Knowledge of Opera and MS OfficePrograms
  • Presentable team player with goodcommunication skills
  • Ability to focus attentionon guest needs, remain calm and courteous at alltimes
  • Ability to understand and work in amulti-culturalenvironment
