About the role


In this position you will be Will meeting and greeting Premium QR passengers at curb-side where they will provide porter assistance to passengers arriving at Hamad International Airport.

Will have to be well groomed and well presented as they remain our first point of contact with the passenger.

Our premium product is an overall customer experience which begins with our first touch point provided by our Bell Hosts.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Meets and greats Premium QR passengers on the curbside and provide assistance with porter services.
  • Provides courteous and prompt service to passengers at all times, providing extra special care to "Especially Abled Passenger's.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and employees' health and safety.
  • Assist with manual transportation of luggage to the checkin counters.
  • Assist customer service agents with checkin activities.
  • Place luggage on scales and assist passengers with the checkin process.

Qualifications:

About you:

To be success in this job you should have:

  • High school.
  • Up to 2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience as Bell Host in a hotel environment would be an advantage.
  • Command of English language.
  • Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
