QATAR DRIVER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive team's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences while prioritizing conflicting demands.

Travel Coordination:

Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.

Document Preparation:

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for the executive team, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Meeting Support:

Coordinate meetings by scheduling participants, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes as needed.

Project Assistance:

Provide support in managing special projects, initiatives, and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Confidentiality:

Demonstrate unwavering discretion and handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity.

Problem Solving:

Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to streamline processes and address issues that arise within the organization.

Time Management:

Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to maximize the executive team's productivity.

Technology Proficiency:

Utilize office software, communication tools, and other relevant technology to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate positive working relationships with team members, clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth interactions and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Prior experience in project management and event coordination is a plus.
