Primary Responsibilities:


As a Business Development cum Sales Executive at Digiturnal, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.


Key Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Digiturnal's service offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Digiturnal remains at the forefront of the market.
  • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote Digiturnal's services and expand our client base.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Sales Experience in Qatari Market.
  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Atleast 5 years of Experience is a must in Business Development or Sales.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the entertainment industry.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills and strong customer service.
  • Should be an Arabic speaker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English languages are a must.
  • Have a valid driving license to travel for client meetings.
