Job Description
  • Ensure all documents in accordance with the Project contract requirements
  • Coordinate all aspects of contract documentations
  • Preparing and finalizing all Letter of Award and Agreements.
  • Prepare LPO for approval to the Management
  • Provide administrative support related to contract department
  • Maintain up-to-date files (Files Management including archiving)
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Secretarial course or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a contract admin.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
