Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person, providing assistance and answering inquiries related to real estate services.
  2. Support Transactions: Assist clients with the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring they have the necessary information and documentation.
  3. Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally, working towards a satisfactory resolution.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and update the database with relevant information regarding transactions and interactions.
  5. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current real estate trends, property listings, and local market conditions to provide knowledgeable support.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to coordinate client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Assist with general office duties, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
