Spa Receptionist

Driver / Messenger collects and distributes documentations from assigned sections / departments and vice versa. Ensures that all tasks are completed in a safe manner and within set timeframes while providing a high standard of customer service. Performs various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to guests or management, handling electronic files and papers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure assigned company vehicles are clean and in proper working order and ready for use at all times.
  • Ensure safe and correct use of vehicles at all times.
  • Report promptly if any repairs or maintenance checks are required.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Ensure all internal and external post is collected and delivered promptly.
  • Undertake prompt payment of all local bills as per direction of Finance Department.
  • Undertake deliveries of stock items when required ensuring a prompt and efficient service in accordance with policies and procedures including completion of any necessary paperwork.
  • Provide transport for visiting suppliers and other guests as required ensuring first-class presentation and friendly and efficient service at all times.
  • Disseminate information through telephone, websites, mail services, and e-mail.
  • Organise and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Serve beverages to management team and guests.
  • Deliver facsimiles and distribute.
  • Create travel vouchers and perform word processing, basic bookkeeping, and filing.
  • Help the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

About you:

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

With OR Without a degree with Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills with Entry level roles - no prior job-related work experience.

  • Valid Qatari Driving License
  • Up to 2 years of experience
  • Experience of providing a high standard of customer service
  • Safe and competent driving skills. Knowledge of Qatar and key locations
  • A good standard of written and spoken English language skills
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • A good standard of IT literacy

Preferred

Administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage.
