Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing cum Business Development Executive. This role requires a dynamic professional who can combine their business acumen with digital marketing expertise to drive growth and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic languages to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in both regions. Should have a proven track record in business development and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website.
  2. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  4. Track and analyze website analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective digital marketing solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  8. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for business expansion.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development and marketing efforts.
  2. Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, digital marketing performance, and key metrics for management review.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research to drive informed business decisions.
  4. Stay informed about industry developments, market conditions, and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  3. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a B2B as well as B2C environment.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools.
  5. Proficient in utilizing digital marketing platforms such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with clients.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  10. Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
