**Unlocking Business Potential through Digital Transformation**
We're on a mission to help businesses thrive in today's digital landscape, and we're looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team at Digitus_Group. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic client acquisition and solution selling.
**Key Performance Indicators:**
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue growth targets, achieving significant increases in sales revenue.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- At least 5 years of experience in consultative or solution sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in ICT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
