As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha as a Digital Product Analyst.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise covering all requirements during the Salesforce program lifecycles (Discovery, Design, Development, Configuration, Testing, Quality Assurance, Go live, and past Go live Support).

You will also work as a liaison with stakeholders to define requirements, customize the platform, and enable users to get the most out of Salesforce.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following:

  1. Align with cross-functional teams, including Business Teams, Customers, Design Teams, and Technical Leads to work on solutions to deliver value to the customer efficiently, whilst adhering to project timelines.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to demonstrate new product features, plan product implementations, and communicate outcomes, learnings, and deviations.
  3. Analyze emerging trends, user feedback, and market insights.
  4. Possess good knowledge and understanding of functional impacts and digital application workflows.
  5. Advocate for Delivery Transformation, including Agile Methodologies, DevOps, and Product Mindset.
  6. Collaborate with data and analytics to capture results and identify opportunities to enhance product value.

Job Posting

  1. At least 4 years of job-related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience in large complex projects, with experience in end-to-end delivery of projects.
  3. Expertise in reports and analysis of complex customer and/or commercial data.
