The Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program provides support to a Foreign Military Sales Program in support of QEADF.

We provide Patriot Air Defense logistical and training support. Our program upholds a strong relationship with the customer driven by strong values in support of the mission.

What You Will Do:

The MIR Lead will provide in depth system knowledge and field experience related to the theory of operation and troubleshooting skills required to resolve complex Patriot missile system Major End Items (MEI) electronic and mechanical problems. The SROC ensures that appropriate and accurate information on all equipment is reported to program leadership and the customer.

The MIR Lead will provide day-to-day execution on the Qatar Depot Operations program as well as demonstrate the ability to perform depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, cleanup and repair capability for Patriot Weapon System MEIs.

The MIR Lead must affect all electronic repairs on location with detailed system knowledge, the ability to use all of the hardware and software tools currently available to Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance.

The MIR Lead also monitors work performed by subordinates to insure it meets or exceeds established quality standards. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in an extreme environment.

This position is located in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  1. Successful completion of a Patriot System Intermediate Maintenance Course for MOS 14E/27X/34S/94S/916A/918D or an equivalent course of instruction on a similar electronic system conducted by the military or the system contractor.
  2. Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of related experience or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience.
  3. Demonstrated 4 years of field maintenance experience troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and functional verifications of the Patriot Air Defense system or similar electronic systems using maintenance diagnostics, unit self-tests, BITE, tools and available test equipment.
  4. Demonstrated experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, to include system integration and checkout.
  5. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  1. Demonstrated experience with Raytheon Quality Control procedures.
  2. Demonstrated experience of the Patriot refurbishment, modification, and Enhanced Deep Maintenance.
  3. Previous experience in International Patriot FMS Programs with experience living and working in an overseas location.
Required Education:

Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience. Must have a minimum of 4 years of field maintenance experience in isolating and correcting malfunctions in the Patriot system, or a High School Degree/GED with equivalent job-related experience based on four (4) additional years of experience for each one (1) year of higher education.

Additional Information:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
