JD of Business Development Manager
  • Contacting potential insurance industry senior executives to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Delivering demonstrations of Anoud Tech solutions to prospective clients.
  • Researching organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunities.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in Anoud Tech territories (Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, Americas).
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new market opportunities in Anoud Tech territories.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Assisting presales team in developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of work experience in operations / IT in insurance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Functional knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Fluency in different technologies (hardware / software/integrations).
  • Strong MS Office skillset (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
