About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at United Development Company (UDC). As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective media sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and media buying units to generate leads and set sales forecasts and targets.
  • Develop and execute retail marketing strategies across various marketing communications and media channels.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies for creative, media planning, and buying requirements.
  • Manage media bookings, locations availability charts, and out-of-home media developments.
  • Communicate client requirements to production teams and ensure campaign delivery meets high quality standards.
  • Handle retail tenant marketing requirements and provide solutions to increase visibility and visitor traffic.
  • Set in-mall media sales processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the entire media sales cycle from prospect data collection to closing sales transactions and after-sales client servicing.
  • Provide marketing support to retail tenants and offer discounts on media campaign bookings.
  • Undertake any duties required by supervisors or managers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field.
  • Exposure to out-of-home media businesses and knowledge of marketing and communication disciplines.
  • Effective, efficient, focused, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Discreet handling of confidential information.
  • First-rate communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels.
