Responsibilities:
  1. Planning and implementation of annual operation plan for the power plant including engines & plant auxiliaries
  2. Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports and compliance with the management information system
  3. Critical operation parameters trending, analysing and appropriate timely actions
  4. Incident investigation and finalizing the root cause for the failure
  5. Troubleshooting and condition monitoring of the power plant equipment
  6. Lube oils, chemicals, Fuels, and other consumables stock management w.r.t operation scenario
  7. Sound knowledge on power plant operation for enriched engines performance
  8. Performing periodic department meetings and implementing actions from meeting
  9. Training and development of local sub-ordinates. Team motivation and development of competency in professional skills
  10. Basic knowledge on maintenance management tool Maximo
  11. DPM reports analysis and implementation of recommendations
  12. Adherence to safety standards of the plant and 5S implementation
  13. Ability to work in a team with spirit, motivate teamwork and team building
  14. Comply with all the safety standards, rules, and regulations of the plant.

Requirements:

  1. 10 years of experience in plant operation management
  2. English proficiency is a must, French is a plus
  3. Degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or Business Administration
