Project Administrator

Reports To:
Reporting manager – Project Director
Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance of documentation with customer contract requirements and ensures timely handover of documentation to customer.
- Ensures structured filing and archiving of project documentation.
- Ensures structured filing, follow through and archiving of external correspondence.
- Clarifies requirements with customer and, if applicable, with authorities.
- Attends meetings and takes notes of minutes, following up actions with respective teams.
Specific Tasks:
- Prepares and implements tools, procedures, structures and reporting requirements in regard to customer documentation, project documentation and external correspondence.
- Prepares regular progress reports in regard to compilation and handover of customer documentation.
- Prepares regular reports in regard to open/unresolved external correspondence.
- Aligns the on-shore project team, the off-shore project team and the site teams.
Experience:
- Adequate education
- More than 8 years of professional experience on medium or large EPC project sites
- More than 6 years of professional experience as Administrator or Lead Document Controller of medium or large EPC projects in the Middle East: Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Oman.
