Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Section or Unit with project tendering, contracts administration, and other contract-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Project Tendering: Assist the Head of Section or Unit in preparing and submitting project tenders.
- Contracts Administration: Ensure accurate and timely completion of contracts administration tasks.
- Other Contract-Related Works: Provide support for other contract-related works as required.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 years' experience in project tendering, contracts administration, and other contract-related works.
- Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, and other software.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Work Style: Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Language: Native Arabic speaker with excellent language skills.
