Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Section or Unit with project tendering, contracts administration, and other contract-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Project Tendering: Assist the Head of Section or Unit in preparing and submitting project tenders.
  • Contracts Administration: Ensure accurate and timely completion of contracts administration tasks.
  • Other Contract-Related Works: Provide support for other contract-related works as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 years' experience in project tendering, contracts administration, and other contract-related works.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, and other software.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Work Style: Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Language: Native Arabic speaker with excellent language skills.
