Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to the Head of Section or Unit, assisting with project tendering, contracts administration, and other contract-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Head of Section or Unit in project tendering, contracts administration, and other contract-related works.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  3. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  4. Provide technical support to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • 6 years' experience in project tendering, contracts administration, and other contract-related works.
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, and other software.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent language skills.
