Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Admin Executive to join our growing team at Snoonu. This role will focus on assisting the Marketplace team with daily operations, reports, coordinating admin tasks and ensuring smooth workflows within the team and other internal functions such as finance and operations.
(Some of) What you will be doing:
- Administrative Support: Manage reports, paperwork and all admin related work for the marketplace team.
- Merchant/Partner Interaction: Address merchant inquiries and assist with issue resolution, escalating when necessary.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain and update marketplace data for vendor performance, rebates, payments and general performance metrics.
- Compliance & Marketplace Guidelines: Ensure compliance with Snoonu's policies as well as any marketplace-specific rules and regulations to avoid penalties and account suspensions.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, performance metrics, & inventory to share with the management team.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with the inventory team to manage stock levels, avoid out-of-stock issues, and coordinate restocking to meet marketplace demand.
- Invoice Management: Help with processing/raising Purchase orders/invoices.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
