Currently, we are looking for a Front Office Admin Executive to join our team in Qatar office.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Meet and greet guests
  2. Telephone management
  3. Managing appointments, phone calls, and attendance
  4. Guest House Accommodation Management
  5. Manage 2 warehouses for all kinds of administrative work
  6. Resolve maintenance issues in GH/QFZ/warehouses
  7. QID renewals of all Qatar employees
  8. New resident visas
  9. QFZ & Qatar office document maintenance and renewals
  10. Filing of all documents, employee files, audit/QAQC files
  11. Purchasing of office supplies/laptops/logistics
  12. DHL management
  13. Maintain employee official mobile numbers and bill payments
  14. Embassy letters and visa applications
  15. QVC appointments
  16. Maintain company vehicles/arrangement of vehicles
  17. Medical insurance for all employees
  18. Hotel booking
  19. Requisitions, admin petty cash
  20. IT work/resolving IT issues of GH/office and employees
  21. Printing of visiting cards, letterheads/envelopes
  22. Maintain and update all Qatar employee data/files
  23. Designation change of employees
  24. Sponsor change of employees
  25. Employee ID card issuance
  26. Managing drivers and client invoice and cheque deliveries
  27. Print and deliver site invoices for all Qatar projects on request
  28. Maintain and update all Qatar Admin vendors
  29. Manage office stationary, printers, furniture, etc.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
  2. 2-5 years plus experience

Additional Requirements

  1. Driving license with car is preferred
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Presentable and multi-tasking
  4. Good management skills
  5. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
  6. PRO/GRO experience will be preferred
