Integrated IT Service and Solutions Provider that aspires to enable Government and Business to excel by offering competitive, cost effective, high value solutions, while building local IT talent for long-term sustainability in Qatar are looking to bring on board a Staff Augmentation Leader to join their HR team. The role is responsible for providing leadership and clear strategic direction for the Staff Augmentation practice. This will include envisioning and formulating strategies to create a robust opportunity pipeline, developing selling, influencing, presenting, and proposing staff augmentation solutions either independently or as part of integrated service offerings with other business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting, budgeting and managing revenue recognition and cash flow related to recruitment and workforce planning
  • organizing and managing teams for engagements
  • determining the structure and substance of deliverables,
  • Assist the Business Unit Head, Cloud & Infrastructure Services executive in the development and implementation of Staff Augmentation activities.
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization in all projects concerning the practice
  • Sign off on the financial MIS reports in accordance with estimates, check for seepage of revenue etc
  • Monitor the labour legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, liaison and escalation for staff augmentation inquiries from Sourcing, Hiring Managers, Contingent Workforce and Internal Team
  • Reviews and provides comments on progress reports, work plans and other documents to ensure compliance with company standards and contract requirements.
  • Identify and share resource request with the recruitment coordinators and supervise and oversee the process hiring and induction process of new resources
  • Partner with business leaders and recommend how to best source and deploy staff augmentation resources, creating staff augmentation recruitment strategies and sustainable processes
  • Facilitates succession planning for critical roles
  • Supports leadership & functional capability building initiatives through training as per organization's guidelines
  • Performance Management

Mandatory requirements:

  1. Minimum of 12 years relevant experience with a global cloud service provider, technology delivery/solutions provider, or system integrators.
  2. Min 5 years of experience managing a large cloud services business with a medium to large-sized team.
  3. Experience with project management, administration, reporting, monitoring, procurement, and financial operations.
