Purpose:

The role is responsible to lead a team, own & oversee all B2B Digital functions described in ICE B2B roadmap and performed by Digital shared service teams towards meeting Ooredoo's Business customer experience, operational efficiency and revenue targets.

Functional Context:

Ooredoo's Business BU is a critical part of the company's first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The department owns the end-to-end Business Digital journey and leads the digitization initiatives within Business operations.

Role Accountabilities:

  1. Leads all digital transformation programs within Business (B2B).
  2. Guides the B2B function through complexities of digital change, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
  3. Defines & executes B2B digital transformation strategy and its digital enablement to align with overall business goals and objectives.
  4. Analyzes customer insights & behavior and defines digital KPIs based on existing benchmarks and considering the business goals of the B2B BU.
  5. Defines and executes digital sales strategy, digital product enablement, and digital channel roadmap.
  6. Leads and develops the B2B Digital team under the Go To Market & Partnerships function to drive the defined goals.
  7. Creates strategies for developing customer digital persona to feed into campaign targeting.
  8. Defines and establishes governance model that structures B2B progress on priority initiatives, providing regular leadership updates.
  9. Leads discussions with external partners and internal teams to identify new digital technologies that support digital change.
  10. Owns B2B digital business case(s) and budget management.
  11. Acts as B2B interface between (but not limited to) Technology, Sales, Customer Experience, and Shared service teams.
  12. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to digital change initiatives.
  13. Oversees the introduction and integration of new digital tools, platforms, and technologies that deliver business value.
  14. Facilitates training to equip employees and account managers with knowledge and skills to adapt to digital change.
  15. Defines and creates performance dashboard to track the success of digital change initiatives.
  16. Identifies and mitigates risks associated with digital change initiatives.
  17. Forecasts digital sales and digital deflection from legacy channels.
  18. Manages digital assets and content, governs the evolution of the internal and external content.
  19. Manages the digital transformation projects/program, intervenes where needed, and reports risks to management.
  20. Coordinates & effectively works with respective teams to roll out B2B Digital campaigns to achieve digital sales goals.
  21. Collaborates with the digital shared services team to effectively manage Search Engine Optimization, digital market research, and digital marketing for B2B.
  22. Defines and executes a digital roadmap towards optimization of all B2B customer processes.

Minimum Entry Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science.

Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills:

10 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience in a telecommunications service provider, with in-depth knowledge and involvement in Digital Transformation initiatives.

Experience and knowledge in Business customer operations and knowledge of defining digital Business Customer journeys.
