Prefab Sales Executive Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients in the prefab construction sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, contractors, and architects.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of prefabricated construction and showcasing product offerings.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, prices, and contract details with clients to secure sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and handling any issues that arise.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in prefab construction, new products, and innovations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and progress using CRM software. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to create promotional materials and advertising strategies aimed at expanding market reach.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, real estate, or prefab sector.
- Strong understanding of prefab building materials, technology, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of the construction industry's regulations, standards, and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A degree in business, sales, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Office-based with travel to client sites, project locations, and trade shows as required.
- Work may involve meeting clients in construction environments or attending project meetings.
