JobDescription:

We are seeking a dynamic andresultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our expandingteam. As a pivotal member of our organization you will beinstrumental in driving business growth and fostering strategicpartnerships within the events and hospitality sector inDoha.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue andexpand our client base.
  • Develop and implementstrategic sales plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders including corporate clientsevent planners and industry partners.
  • Conductmarket research to stay informed about industry trends competitoractivities and emergingopportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketingteam to create promotional materials and campaigns to support salesefforts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling salespresentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiatecontracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms andconditions for both parties.
  • Provideexceptional customer service and support to clients throughout thesales process and beyond.
  • Represent the companyat industry events conferences and networking functions to promoteour services andbrand.
Requirements:
  • Fluentin Arabic and English with excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Female candidatepreferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience insales or business development within the events or hospitalitysector in Doha Qatar.
  • Possess own sponsorshipand a valid driving license in Qatar.
  • Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and driving businessgrowth.
  • Strong understanding of the localmarket dynamics and industrylandscape.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with apassion for sales and relationshipbuilding.
