Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met. 6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 7. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
