Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty - Manage a team of customer care representatives and provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery - Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Develop and implement training programs for customer care staff to improve service delivery and efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in a customer care management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and project management abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Driven and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
