馃搷Achieve and exceed quarterly goals 馃搷Lead the charge in introducing Square to merchants in all verticals: retail, food and beverage, professional services, home & repair etc. 馃搷Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close, maintain strong pipeline hygiene, and partner with other teams to ensure successful onboarding 馃搷Embrace change and view a shifting landscape as an opportunity to iterate, evolve and improve on your own process and skillset 馃搷Be an innovative, trusted advisor for both clients and internal partners 馃搷Successfully collaborate and maintain strong relationships with cross functional partners including SPS, Sales Eng, and Partnerships 馃搷Ensure product knowledge is up to date through attending all training and spending time learning the products through demo accounts and other resources ## Qualifications You have: 馃搷4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar quota carrying client-facing role 馃搷A strong sales process, including clear sourcing strategies (AE/BDR), strong discovery, negotiation, closing skills, and pipeline management 馃搷Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals 馃搷Business development experience e.g. hunting and cold calling 馃搷A collaborative and team player mentality 馃搷Salesforce experience
