What you’ll do: The Regional Sales Manager develops and owns the growth plan for their assigned territory selling the Nanomedicine, Cytiva line of instruments, consumables, and support services directly to life science segments such as biotech, biopharma, and academia. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with the Account Manager (AM), Workflow Development Leader (WDL) their Field Application Scientists (FAS), Scientific Inside Sales Specialists (ISS), and Service Sales Specialists to maintain and grow the territory. This includes working with existing accounts as well as prospecting for new customers. • Meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales target through development and execution of a region and account-specific sales plan • Successfully navigate and manage complex sales negotiations. Successfully engage and manage a multi-step sales process for both capital instruments and consumables • Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in consultative sales processes. Deliver technology and applications overview presentations, often in tandem with your FAS, to articulate Nanomed, Cytiva value proposition based on the needs of the customer • Facilitates resolution of customer issues by demonstrating a strong broad base of knowledge in business processes, Nanomed, Cytiva solutions and domain expertise • Provide regular accurate sales forecasts, sales pipeline management activities, organize/maintain account and customer contact management in CRM system
