As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring that all communications with patients and healthcare professionals are handled in a timely and efficient manner. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that our contact center meets performance targets.
