Female Executive Secretary/ Accountant

**Full Job Description**
We are hiring locally for a competent **Female Executive Secretary**. You are expected to organize, coordinate and maintain the CEO schedule and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
You will be expected to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely, accurate & efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, travels and serves as a contact point for all CEO's business particulars.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes if required
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (electronically or physically)
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secured
- Assist in estimation/ sales department
- Ensure the availability of office supplies in the office
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is in organized and accessible manner
- Conduct market research, prepare presentations or reports as required & perform other administrative/secretarial tasks as directed.
- Conduct basic accounting data entry.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role (1 year)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Diligent and competent in the work that the CEO can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying for other tasks.
Salary package will be discussed directly with the CEO during the interview.
NOC is required (must have a QID)
**Language**
- Arabic & English (required)
**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 per month
