**Job Description** Financial Accountability**: Responsible for maximizing revenue in all business environments.
**Conditions of Work**: Normal administrative office and hotel working conditions.
**Role Overview Purpose**:To maximize Hotel Revenue by accurately analyzing data, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, and providing relevant recommendations to the Director of Revenue Management.
**Summary of Responsibilities**:
- Ensure daily pricing strategies are optimized and to review / assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessary
- Ensure that revenue management standards and system health are maintained at a superior level daily.
- Promote and share Revenue Culture across the revenue generating departments and work with them on strategies for different market segments to optimize business mix
- Provide support to optimize production across all distribution channels keeping in mind cost, guest loyalty and seamless connectivity
- Provide support in pricing strategy, in line with brand standards and hotels positioning
- Ensure weekly / monthly reporting is accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Attend all meetings related to revenue management function and prepare reports and presentations when necessary
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes
- Liaise with sales & marketing, front office and F&B teams to communicate revenue management strategies and maximize revenue
**Qualifications** Qualifications**:
- 2 Years experience in Revenue Management
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics
- Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality
- Understanding of pricing and inventory management techniques
- Knowledge of ancillary revenues revenue management is a plus
- Knowledge of revenue management systems
- Understanding of tools used to identify market opportunities and risks, such as STR report and rate shopping tools.
- Results oriented
- Multiple hotel experience is a plus
