**Position Title: HR Payroll Specialist**

**Job Summary**: The HR Payroll Specialist plays a vital role in the human resources department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salary and do HR regular tasks. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, compliance with legal regulations, and effective communication with both internal departments and external agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Processing**:

- Execute payroll processing activities accurately and on time, including but not limited to salary payments, overtime calculations, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding payroll procedures.
- Verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant documentation to guarantee accuracy in payroll processing.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to payroll promptly and efficiently.

- **Record Maintenance and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, salary adjustments.

- Stay informed about changes Qatar labor regulations.
- Implement necessary updates and adjustments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in audits and provide documentation as needed.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the HR team to support various HR initiatives, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll-related accounts and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred HR or Accounting, Finance.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a human resources environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software system, CRM.
- Strong understanding of HR functions from A TO Z
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
