Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our call center team. As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handling customer complaints, queries, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary.
- Upselling or cross-selling company products and services when appropriate.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Meeting individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
- **Previous experience in f&b call center.**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
