The Role
Charterhouse is working with a private club in Qatar, who is looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the full Food & Beverage function across the venue. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager of the club and work closely with the Head Chef and the Guest Relations Manager. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the FOH team consisting of approx. 25 staff including baristas, wait staff, team leaders and supervisors. This role will oversee the full F&B space including both a restaurant and lounge area. In addition, you will also manage the business function of the restaurant, preparing relevant reports for the senior management, reviewing inventory and supporting on payroll, whilst making sure your team consistently provides the highest possible service levels.
