**Job Overview**:
The Food & Beverage Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will assist in overseeing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Your focus will be on creating a positive dining experience for guests while contributing to the achievement of the restaurant's operational and financial goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Support and Management**:

- Assist in supervising and training restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
- Help coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with greeting and seating guests, as well as handling special requests.

**Operational Assistance**:

- Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.

**Financial Duties**:

- Assist in managing cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Help with maintaining cost controls and supporting budget management.
- Contribute to financial reporting and performance analysis.

**Quality Control**:

- Assist in maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and organization.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Help with the planning and execution of special events and promotions.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

**Certifications**: Food Handler’s Permit or equivalent certification

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month

**Language**:
