Recruitment Officer

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for day-to-day recruitment related follow ups, updating reports and administrative tasks in coordination with the Recruitment Executive.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment Administration and Coordination
- Well-versed Recruitment / Human Resources professional with prior expertise in the same field
- Certified Interviewer
- Good understanding of Qatar Labor Law and Human Resources Best Practices
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- English language proficiency; Arabic language working knowledge/proficiency is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
