**Overview**: The Recruitment Officer will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, particularly focused on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a strong understanding of local labor laws and recruitment best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the ERP system and ensure compliance with local labor laws and WPS regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
- Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective HR policies and recruitment strategies.
- Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and familiarity with WPS and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and local labor laws.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
