**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options, and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate special arrangements for VIP guests, including room upgrades, amenities, and personalized services.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotional packages to effectively promote upselling opportunities.
- Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and actively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive work environment for fellow team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.
