We are looking to hire a qualified Guest Relation Officer to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Takes care of all patients, VIP guests and coordinates with all concerned departments to fulfil patient needs and requests, while assisting patients efficiently, courteously and professionally.
- Keeps a close working relationship with staff and other departments.
- Foster an excellent rapport with patients & Clinical staff relevant subcontractors
- To assist guests to different locations, in case of clinical need the patient will be handled by clinical officers or GRO. In case the clinical officers are not available in the main lobby, they will be called to assis
- Promotes a helpful and professional image to the guest, gives full co-operation, prioritizes and handles all patient requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
- Review and prepares for future patient arrivals by going through the arrival reports and those accorded special status, ensuring that these are highlighted to the management, necessary related functions are activated and ensure guests receive the best service.
- Responsible for the overall patient Experience throughout their stay i.e. through care, hospitality and service given to them.
- Prepares the daily patient list, coordinates the distribution of patient amenities
- Inspects patient room status and amenities in good order prior to guests’ arrival
- Blocks rooms for all patients and for those with special requirement ensuring allocation is according to patient
- Handles patient complaints immediately and follows up thoroughly that problems arising from patient complaints are resolved to the patient satisfaction.
- Give courtesy calls and complete the daily call log as per established guidelines
- Promotes sales and in-house facilities and maintain an up to date knowledge of the banquet events, facilities, F&B outlets, special promotions for the purpose of assisting guests and offering accurate information.
- Escorts patients to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room features, while extending personal service and attention to all guests a particular emphasize to be given to patients (within moral & ethical norm)
- Ensures consistent handover and communication is maintained using all channels of communication available such as EMR, logbooks, Opera PMS traces and cc-mail. Ensuring patient information is always updated in remarks

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality industry with relevant certification working in customer relations.
- Min. 3 years of experience working in 5-star hotel or similar premium hospitality facility.
- Background working in health care environment
- Excellent communication skills both English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Opera Software

**Salary**: From QAR4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- 5-star hotel: 3 years (required)
- Health care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
