**核心工作活动**

**了解市场机会并推动收入增长**
- 针对团体/餐饮客户、市场或细分市场，并重点关注主动式招揽和客户饱和。
- 与团体/餐饮搭档合作，有效管理商业机会。
- 回应酒店相关因素以外的团体/餐饮机会。
- 如果酒店未参与 EBC，则处理所有机会。
- 识别、审核和征求新的团体/餐饮业务，以实现个人和每家酒店的收入目标。
- 重点关注具有显著销售收入潜力的团体/餐饮客户。
- 制定有效的团体/餐饮销售计划和行动。
- 设计、开发和销售创意饮食活动。
- 通过向上销售套餐和创意餐饮，最大限度地提高收入。
- 了解整体市场 - 竞争对手的优势和劣势、经济趋势、供求关系等，并了解如何针对这些因素进行销售。
- 根据市场情况和各酒店需求，为每家酒店把握最佳机会。
- 利用谈判技巧和创造性的销售能力，达成业务并洽谈合同。

**提供卓越的客户服务**
- 处理具有巨大收入潜力和极高客户期望的复杂业务。
- 建立并加强与现有和新客户的关系，以实现未来的预订。活动包括销售拜访、娱乐节目、FAM 旅行、贸易展览等。
- 在社区内发展关系，以加强和扩大团体/餐饮销售机会的客户群。
- 支持品牌的服务和关系策略，通过在每次客户体验中提供卓越的服务来提高客户忠诚度。
- 提供卓越的客户服务，以提高市场份额。
- 执行品牌的客户服务标准和酒店的品牌标准。
- 执行和支持公司客户服务标准和酒店品牌标准。
- 参与和实践品牌的日常服务基本原则。
- 通过在客户的计划/活动之前和期间，协助客户并确保其满意度，执行示范性的客户服务以提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 通过了解客户的需求，并推荐最能满足其需求并超越其预期的相应特色和服务，同时建立关系和维护对酒店及品牌的忠诚度，为客户提供服务。
- 了解酒店的主要目标客户和服务预期；通过了解客户的业务、业务问题和顾虑，服务他们并在计划//活动之前和期间提供更好的业务解决方案。
