As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our quickly expanding Cargo team as Senior Cargo Operational Performance Reporting Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, development, review and re-building of operational reporting requirements to ensure visibility on all key metrics.

You will also work on analysis of operational business performance for the operations management team.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:

- Take overall responsibility for operational reporting, data storage, KPls, process improvements and for providing all operational key metrics to each department in a timely manner as required.
- Analyze data from various sources and transform it into insightful visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical reports and dashboards.
- Create, design, and maintain dashboards that effectively convey key metrics, trends, and insights
- Interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and automate periodic reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
- Propose improvements in data analytics practices, data visualization standards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate existing manual processes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Initiate and ensure consistent and timely storing and sharing of data and information within Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and relevant information onto regions and individual stations.
- Engage the team to ensure creation and maintenance of well-defined station, market information documents and drive to create efficiencies through easy access, handover of data, reports, processes and lead business process reengineering of documented quality and operational strategies covering special commodities, ULDs, messaging and other operational KPls.
- Analyze performance levels, trend analysis on key indicators and to monitor CiQ metrics for Freight forwarders and GHAs in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and data quality standards
- Develop outputs relevant to key stakeholders and user-friendly formats for senior management, customers, suppliers and other external parties.

Qualifications

About you
- Bachelor’s Degree of equivalent with minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English with excellent influencing skills to convey complex data insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Knowledge of cargo operations and performance indicators.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau to create complex, insightful dashboards.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages to extract data from databases.
- Strong skills in gathering requirements, understanding business needs, and translating them into analytical or automated solutions.
- Ability to develop and automate periodic reports, providing critical metrics and insights to support business functions.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for automating manual processes to improve efficiency.
