Our Roads & Bridges team in Qatar is experiencing exciting growth, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Specialist to support one of our major clients in Qatar, focusing on electronic payment and financial clearing in the transportation sector.

As the Financial Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal management and oversight of financial matters related to public transport services. In this influential position, you will work closely with our esteemed client, taking on diverse responsibilities that will challenge and empower you to excel.

You will assume responsibility for reviewing financial matters, budgets, and related reports submitted by the relevant authorities and entities operating public transport services. Your expertise will be crucial in determining the design and framework of financial and accounting operations, developing a comprehensive plan for financial clearing operations.

Leveraging your analytical prowess, you will implement payment, electronic payment, and financial clearing operations, ensuring seamless transactions and accurate record-keeping. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in resolving financial disputes and discrepancies in financial accounts between entities, maintaining the integrity of the financial system.

Moreover, you will take the lead in preparing reports on budgets for projects and services provided for public transportation, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making. Your meticulous approach to reviewing, auditing, and approving financial reports and budgets will ensure transparency and accountability.

Throughout this dynamic role, you will develop strong relationships with the client, government agencies, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective coordination and knowledge sharing. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement and promoting open dialogue.
