About the Role

Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR Team. This role will Support and assist the team in design, development and implementation of Talent Management process and technical systems across board. Provide advice and guidance to the Line Mangers on Talent Management systems and process. Provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative and analytical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aid in design, development and implementation of the policy, process and procedures of Talent Management to meet agreed departmental targets and objectives.
- Work closely with IT to provide requirements for development of performance management and talent management process on the IT system, measure achievement against objective.
- Implement meetings with Line Managers to provide guidance on Performance Evaluation to meet overall job requirements, communicating objectives and stages of exercise, satisfactorily answering queries and gaining confidence and cooperation of the line managers
- Communicate, collect and report KPIs values on regular basis as agreed by manager.
- Provide an accurate analysis of the organization-wide competence gaps analysis information to be utilized by learning and development in pursuit of learning interventions and coaching to close competence gaps.
- Provide inputs and recommendations to the team and relevant Subject Matter Experts in QR on the Talent management process in order to ensure compliance with best practice implementation and technological advancements.
- Provide technological support in design and development of training material and supporting documents for rolling out QR wide Talent management processes.
- Responsible for administration of MIS, performance management and appraisal system
- Communicate with managers and employees throughout the business in relation to Talent Management process whenever necessary.
- Implementation of comprehensive system requirements and scoping documentation to build the framework of an in-house Performance management system based on GEMS platform.
- Execution of Succession Planning program; expected to design, develop and collate formats and tools from multiple sources.
- Create an information source for IDPs (Individual Development Plans) which could be used by L&D and Pm team for in-depth analysis of divisions and cross divisional analysis.
- Assists in creating 9 box assessment tools for divisional heads to view all their Grade 9 and above employees of the division on the 9-box grid based on their performance/potential scores. This tool could be used in talent reviews to calibrate performance and potential.
- Implements development strategies for every box based on the 9-box model.
- Publish data and reports on Succession planning, IDPs, Attrition, and others as needed.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our HR Team who can recognize themselves in the points below.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate with through knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
- Fluent in English language, both written & oral.
- Knowledge of performance or talent management systems.
- Experience in using data analysis tools
- Strong time management & organization skills.
