**Job Description** Barback**

A Barback plays a crucial support role in bar operations, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve guests efficiently.
- Ensure bar stations are fully stocked before and during service.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes throughout the shift.
- Refill glassware, napkins, straws, and bar tools as needed.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and clutter-free at all times.
- Collect and wash dirty glassware, ensuring bartenders always have clean supplies.
- Dispose of trash, empty bottles, and used garnishes regularly.
- Wipe down bar counters, equipment, and seating areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in preparing garnishes.
- Help with basic drink prep when needed.
- Answer basic guest inquiries or direct them to bartenders for recommendations.
- Ensure guests receive fast and efficient service by keeping the bar well-maintained.
- Follow all health, safety, and liquor laws to maintain a responsible work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous bar or restaurant experience (preferred).
- Strong physical stamina (lifting heavy items, standing for long hours).
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player mindset, willing to help wherever needed.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, liquor brands, and bar operations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
