Transportation & Fleet Coordinator

1. To arrange an efficient and effective transportation plan for the workers and keep it up to date.

2. Arrange on call transportation for the workers for any temporary / scheduled job.

3. Monitor the drivers through the GPS system and make sure that they are not exceeding the KMs as per the created transportation plan and that they are not exceeding the speed limit and fuel consumption.

4. Monitor the fuel consumption, identify any excess and address it by taking all the necessary actions for rectifications

5. Make sure that the vehicles servicing will be done on time in order to avoid any interruption with the workers' transportation. This must be done by creating the necessary daily check-up procedures and by monitoring the vehicles KMs.

6. Monitor the workers trips through the metro and make sure that the metro cards will not run out of credit by refilling it on time.

7. Make sure that the drivers driving licenses and vehicle registrations will be renewed on time in coordination with the PRO

**Job Requirements**:
The job holder should:
1. Be a high school degree holder (holding a university degree will be an added advantage)

2. Should have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position handling a complicated transportation plan with different timings, schedules and locations.

3. Should be in Qatar in valid Qatari ID and ready to join immediately.

4. have very good experience working with GPS systems (set up and reporting)

5. have good analytical skills with good level of experience in Microsoft office

4. Be a good problem solver by taking the right decisions in the right place and right time.
