Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible to provide administrative support to all Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Government and Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits as well as organizing employee engagement events in addition to the day-to-day HR operations.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years relevant work experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or Generalist role in the same industry or hospitality.
- Good understanding of Qatar Labor Law and Human Resources Best Practices is a must.
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient or previous user of Human Resources Information System
- From and administration & Human Resources background.

**Responsibilities**:
Human Resources Generalist role models and follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintaining strict confidentiality of information.

Answer inquiries of employees in person or via telephone calls, relay, dispatch messages to the target audiences.

Be able to share knowledge on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc with the new members of the team as well as be able to effectively guide employees from other departments.

Support recruitment by assisting and monitoring all hiring, recruitment processes for compliance with Leisure standard and create employee files and maintain filing systems compliant with local labor law.

Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, selection forms, etc. Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures with the guidance of the supervisor and as necessary.

Serves as the support system of all Human Resources function within his/her capacity up to and including Housing coordination of maintenance, issues, new hire arrivals & departures. Assists the team in terms of process administration and the collation of data for relevant reports as well as other reasonable job tasks as requested by the Head of Human Resources.

Must be willing to learn and or take on additional reasonable tasks.

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
