The HORECA Sales Executive is responsible for expanding and managing relationships with clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes. This role focuses on meeting sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and increasing the market share of the company's products within the HORECA sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Promote and sell the company’s products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and preferences.

**Client Support & Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate deliveries and product installations to ensure timely service.
- Offer after-sales support, including troubleshooting and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

**Negotiation & Contracts**:

- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring profitable margins for the company.
- Prepare contracts and manage the closing process for sales deals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HORECA sales industry within QATAR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide superior service and maintain long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with the HORECA sector, including its trends, needs, and challenges.
- Fluency in English is typically required; Arabic language skills are often preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is usually preferred.
- Valid driving license
