We are looking for:
Office Assistant / office Boy

Having F&B experience to serve senior executives

Job Objective
- Provision of general office services and preparing tea/ coffee for guests and Company staff members.
- Perform routine clerical office duties.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Description
- Support and undertake various activities like moving materials, equipment or furniture and may help in simple tasks under clear directions.
- Undertake the provisional cleaning and clearing of the office environment including the associated facilities.
- Perform routine administrative jobs like photocopying, filing and shredding of documents.
- Prepare tea or coffee for staff or guests as required. Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Distribute mail through various departments.
- Ensure sufficient levels of office stationery are maintained.
- Prepare meeting rooms when requested.
- Maintain inventory of pantry and bathroom items.
- Perform any other related duty as assigned by Administration Officer, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.

**Experience**:

- F&B to serve senior executives.: 2 years (preferred)
- Office Assistant / office Boy: 2 years (preferred)
