Our Holding Company is urgently looking for _ **Assistant Secretary **_/ _**Office Assistant **_ **for our Engineering Consultant Company** to join immediately.
- Should possess minimum 1 Year of experience as Assistant Secretary/Office Assistant including Document Controlling.
- Must have extensive knowledge in Office administration, Clerical procedures and record keeping systems.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office programs or similar software with the ability to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID
- Provides high level administrative support and assistance to the manager & other assigned leadership staff
- Arrange, coordinate, schedule meetings and prepare meeting documents.
- Responsible for all issues and services related to the document control and Projects Document Management.
- Electronic scanning of documents for distribution as PDF digital copies to designated recipients and uploading to company server
- Maintaining a hard copy reference library of all documentation which ensures quick and easy retrieval of information.
- Circulating project documents for review, information or approval.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
