Job Description**:Pastry - Bakery Chef / Commis**

Salary**:From QAR 2,200 to QAR 2,700**

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Female Junior Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Junior Pastry Chef, you will assist in creating delectable desserts, pastries, and baked goods while adhering to our high-quality standards. You will work closely with our Head Pastry Chef and collaborate with the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting in Pastry Preparation**: Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, bread, and other baked goods following established recipes and techniques.
- **Dessert Presentation**: Help with the creative and artistic presentation of desserts and pastries to enhance their visual appeal and overall dining experience for our customers.
- **Ingredient Preparation**: Participate in measuring, weighing, and preparing ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and maintain high-quality standards.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized pastry section, including proper storage of ingredients, tools, and equipment.
- **Recipe Development**: Contribute to the development and refinement of new pastry recipes, flavors, and techniques under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef.
- **Quality Control**: Assist in monitoring the quality of ingredients, finished products, and presentation to ensure adherence to our standards and promptly address any issues.
- **Timely Production**: Work efficiently and effectively to meet production schedules and ensure that desserts and pastries are ready for service according to predetermined timelines.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other members of the culinary team, including chefs and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and a positive work environment.
- **Food Safety and Hygiene**: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of food items, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with current pastry trends, techniques, and innovations through self-study, attending workshops, and participating in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Culinary Education**: Possess a culinary degree or diploma in pastry arts or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- **Pastry Experience**: Have practical experience working in a professional kitchen, bakery, or pastry shop, with a focus on pastry preparation and baking techniques.
- **Passion for Pastry**: Demonstrate a genuine passion for pastry and baking, with a keen interest in experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation.
- **Creativity**: Exhibit a creative and artistic flair in pastry presentation and an ability to contribute to recipe development.
- **Attention to Detail**: Possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring precise measurements, and following recipes accurately.
- **Time Management**: Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting production deadlines without compromising quality.
