**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Plan and execute cold calling strategies to promote products and generate new leads.
- **Product Promotion**: Plan and participate in promotional activities to increase customer awareness of our products and services (features, specifications, processes, etc.).
- **Verification Processes**: Oversee the merchant and individual registration verification processes, including contract sign-off.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Generate complaint tickets, clarify customer complaints, and provide solutions to resolve service issues.
- **Invoice Management**: Support customers with payment processes and sales invoice preparation.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer satisfaction feedback on product specifications, pricing, quality, and overall experience.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Assist customers with post-sales queries and resolve any service problems.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer data to improve service efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales.

- **Problem-Solving**: Critical thinking and resourcefulness to resolve issues quickly.
